由于学校原因和疫情原因，在好不容易拿到offer之后如何获取准许实习证明成为最大的难题，学校不同意，公司又非得要，好不容易拿到的实习offer握在手里好像随时都有可能变成废纸，晚上十点打电话给candice（我当时的大老板）一遍遍确认，太珍视宝洁以至于是近乎哀求的语气，candice因为也是吉大的，几乎动用了所有的关系帮我去联系学校是否可以通融，那个时候发现，宝洁的人并不只会按规矩办事，他们更希望你可以收获自己真正想要的东西，care people从来也不是嘴上说说。后来经过一番运作我也终于改变学院规则，但拿到准许实习证明的时候，旅程在刚刚开始。
welcome lunch是和work plan一起来的，打开邮箱发现的是密密麻麻的日程表，跑店门店覆盖五十家，帮助线上连锁便利实现收入增长50%，现在回头来看是很容易的事情，但对于当时的我简直就是要我上天。感谢yolanda一遍遍给我加油鼓劲，我还记得第一天跑店额卖到四百时候的开心，第一个月的跑店额达到了1.8x，那个时候觉得自己好厉害，没想到真正suffer的项目就在不远处等着我。
八月，是祸不单行
八月的一开始是闭门羹，太忙，不见，有会。负责的客户好像是联合国秘书长。管理的不是两百个门店，是两百个国家。挫败感必然会来，但果然祸不单行，yolanda陪我跑店的时候打的三分好像是当头一棒，让我曾经信誓旦旦给其他实习生做经验分享变成了个笑话。当天1-1是在车上，我回公司还要加班处理冠寓的活动。yolanda心平气和的对我说。现在说你有问题总比最终的时候说好，你要记住你是宝洁经理，要像宝洁经理一样思考生意。
生意是什么，能吃么，我要的是KPI啊，我没敢直接说，怕yolanda把我从车上赶下去。
但项目还是要继续，开学促毫无进展，跑店任务还要完成，冠寓项目连影子都没有。晚上的时候和诗涵吃饭，原来大家的悲欢大抵相同，我愁我的洗衣粉，她愁她的洗发水，600ml还不如可乐重的东西让我们在济南的夏天一点也不快乐。
宝洁的经理们是真的愿意帮忙，当我和璇姐，萌萌姐说出来我的问题的时候，他们完全忽视了我的吞吞吐吐，处理起来就好像是在处理自己的事情，大有一副老弟你咋才说，姐给你整啊的架势，从选品到定价，从陈列到露出，线上线下，当知道我的困难的时候不仅现场指导教学，还搬来了专门负责CVS渠道的Allen，一个JBP汇报文件甩过来又聊了45min，宝洁的培训不仅仅是在onboarding的时候发的几个PPT，7：2：1真实存在的。
当我拿着PPT在采购经理面前一通胡吹乱泡之后，短短两个星期，增长就达到了50%，看着价格带越来越高，突然有一种自己的崽终于会把自己卖了的感觉（bushi）
真正的CBD，个个都是全能型人才
冠寓项目是所有项目里面最bug的存在，只是当时随便提了一句可以搞这个项目，就被yolanda从七月初push到八月中旬，和诗涵一起在充满蚊子的会议室里讨论，从客群调查到选品定价，从活动场地联系到物料最终确定，社群运营里充当水军，海报里做画图小弟，背着易拉宝横跨济南。我到现在都记得易拉宝刚放完就被不知道哪个住户撕了（在此衷心祝福他祖坟发大水）联系agency重做的时候的焦急。以及发传单的时候心里对各愿意接传单的各位爸爸们的感激。
最终结果是，因为选品的问题，最终KPI险胜，在此感谢summer姐的olay大红瓶促销，KPI的增长极全靠olay，OLAY yyds
结束的时候yolanda问我，以后这个经历会体现在简历上么，受制于惨淡的结果当时恨不得当场装醉的我一脸慷慨激昂的表示以后一定要以此为耻，但现在想一想，那可是分销商花了好多钱不求回报的给我们上了一课，这样的机会，大概不是每个公司的客户都愿意给实习生的。当然，龙湖物业之后引进了这样一个生态模式，最终是否促成就未可知了，但是当我知道原来我的活动也是可以帮助到分销商的时候，着实高兴了好久。
不会卖卫生巾的销售不是好老爷们
yolanda让我最后一个星期参加护舒宝大促的时候我是拒绝的，毕竟对于一个卫生巾贴哪都不知道的男生而言，卫生巾好像是另外一个世界的产物。但在那天晚上剪了一晚上的卫生巾后，我鼓起了对抗世界的勇气。
然后，我的销售团队在当天拿到了销冠。。。
我很感谢各位姐姐阿姨在晚上的时候已经完全我忽略了我的性别，并且十分放心购买我给他们推荐的产品，设计的Demo演示法也成功的吸引了一批小姐姐的注意，当然最后成功sell in给两个男生绝对是我能吹一辈子的事情。后遗症就是。。我到现在进到便利店的时候还是会习惯性的看卫生巾陈列，希望有一天护舒宝可以抢占第一视觉陈列区！
我与宝洁的故事并未终章
故事在这里并没有结束，在我确定入职之后yolanda还给我寄了一个本子和一个明信片，虽然在暑假push我最狠，但也让我在qualification的时候过的最稳。不同于那些虚情假意，我们market的人来吉林滑雪的时候真的请我过去吃了一顿饭，当然，这顿饭让我成功的拒掉了当时还在疑惑选择的其他offer
我很感谢yolanda对我的信任和耐心，也感kiki和其他同事那天请我吃的饭。我不是一个自信的人，但宝洁用一个又一个项目告诉我，其实我可以做的不错。
我无意给各位推荐宝洁，事情就是这么个事情，情况就是这么个情况。从两个项目到最终完成三个半项目，我所经历的一定不只有成功后的欣喜（还有夜晚一个人步行一公里去买一点点的期待）当然还有一个人晚上思考KPI的焦虑。
